CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS / REGULAMIN KONKURSU

1. Organizer & Dates / Organizator i Terminy

   • EN: The contest is organized by Piotr Burzawa (Roker Games Studio). The start and end dates of the contest are determined solely by the Organizer and may be updated or modified at any time.

   • PL: Organizatorem konkursu jest Piotr Burzawa (Roker Games Studio). Daty rozpoczęcia i zakończenia konkursu są ustalane wyłącznie przez Organizatora i mogą ulec zmianie lub modyfikacji w dowolnym momencie.

2. Ownership & Account Verification / Prawa do pracy i weryfikacja konta

   • EN: The artwork submitted via the provided link must be created solely by the participant. The participant must be the rightful owner of and have full access to the social media account where the work is publicly displayed. Submitting links to artwork owned or posted by third parties is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.

   • PL: Praca przesłana w linku musi być stworzona wyłącznie przez uczestnika. Uczestnik musi być prawnym właścicielem oraz posiadać pełny dostęp do konta w mediach społecznościowych, na którym praca jest udostępniona. Przesyłanie linków do prac należących do osób trzecich lub publikowanych z obcych kont jest surowo zabronione i skutkuje dyskwalifikacją.

3. No AI Policy & Originality / Zakaz AI i Samodzielność

   • EN: The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation tools to create or assist in creating the artwork is strictly prohibited. The work must be genuinely crafted and created independently by the participant. Any entry suspected of using AI will be disqualified.

   • PL: Używanie narzędzi sztucznej inteligencji (AI) do generowania lub wspomagania tworzenia pracy jest surowo zabronione. Praca musi być wykonana w pełni samodzielnie i autorsko przez uczestnika. Zgłoszenia podejrzane o użycie AI zostaną zdyskwalifikowane.

4. Announcements & Updates / Ogłoszenia i aktualizacje

   • EN: Results and official contest updates will be announced on our official Discord server (link available on our homepage) or on the official Steam page for The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game. Depending on the Organizer's needs, updates and results may also be published across other official Roker Games Studio social media channels.

   • PL: Wyniki oraz oficjalne aktualizacje zostaną ogłoszone na naszym oficjalnym serwerze Discord (link na stronie głównej) lub na stronie Steam gry The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game. W zależności od potrzeb Organizatora, ogłoszenia i wyniki mogą zostać opublikowane również w innych mediach społecznościowych studia.

5. Rights, Usage & Concept Art / Prawa autorskie i wykorzystanie

   • EN: By submitting an entry, the participant grants Roker Games Studio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, showcase, and incorporate the submitted artwork (or concepts/ideas derived from it) as concept art, in-game assets, or promotional material for The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game.

   • PL: Wysyłając zgłoszenie, uczestnik udziela Roker Games Studio bezterminowej, globalnej i nieodpłatnej licencji na wykorzystanie, modyfikację, adaptację, prezentację oraz wdrożenie nadesłanej pracy (lub pomysłów z niej wynikających) jako concept artów, elementów gry lub materiałów promocyjnych gry The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game.

6. Prizes & Organizer's Rights / Nagrody i uprawnienia Organizatora

   • EN: The prize (including digital activation codes for The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game) is set by the Organizer and may be changed, modified, or replaced at any time at the Organizer's sole discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to manage all contest decisions, modify rules, or cancel the event if deemed necessary.

   • PL: Nagroda (w tym cyfrowe kody aktywacyjne do gry The Ape Tales: An Epic Adventure Game) jest ustalana przez Organizatora i może ulec zmianie, modyfikacji lub zastąpieniu w dowolnym momencie według jego uznania. Organizator zastrzega sobie pełne prawo do decydowania o przebiegu konkursu, zmianie regulaminu oraz jego ewentualnym odwołaniu.
